- UKCA or CE marking, with a Declaration of Performance where the Construction Products Regulation applies
- Fire performance test reports for products that need them
- Factory production control certification
- Batch traceability from the factory to your site
The exact checks depend on your product and market. We agree them with you in the requirements record before anyone is approached.
The core checks every supplier passes
- Company registration and trading history, checked against Companies House or the local equivalent
- Financial standing suited to the size of the work
- Insurance, sanctions screening and regulatory compliance for the category and market
- References from previous clients or trading partners
- For manufacturers, production capability and quality systems; for wholesalers, the manufacturer behind the stock
Inspection and freight partners
The right supplier is only part of the job. Goods also need checking properly and delivering safely.
We source and vet independent inspectors and freight providers to the same standard, coordinate sample and pre-shipment checks, and keep the results on your record. We never inspect or move goods ourselves.
