What we check

Manufacturers, wholesalers, inspection and QC partners, and freight and logistics providers can all apply. Everyone passes the core checks; the rest depend on what you supply.

Core checks for every applicant

Company registration and trading history, verified against Companies House or the local equivalent
Financial standing suited to the work you want to support
Insurance, sanctions screening and regulatory compliance for your category and market
Verified references from previous clients or trading partners

Extra checks by supplier type

Manufacturers: production capability, quality systems, chain of custody and product test evidence
Wholesalers: where the stock comes from, and the manufacturer behind it
Inspection and QC: accreditation, inspector qualifications and a declared conflict-of-interest check
Freight and logistics: operating licences, customs authorisations and freight liability cover
